Students interested in learning about the impact modern trends in cuisine has on the food and hospitality industry.
What Will I Learn?
Stage 1:
In this course you will learn about technologies and trends in the food and hospitality insdustry and/or community.
This will include:
- Collaborative practical applications
- Exploration of modern food culture
- Reflecting on their learning outcomes
Stage 2:
In this course you will learn about the impact of technologies and trends on the food and hospitality industry.
This will include:
- Individual practical applications
- Collaborative pratical applications
- Exploration of modern food culture
