The year 7 curriculum is based on the Australian Curriculum Framework and provides opportunities for all of our year 7 students to be successful.
There are classes with additional support for students who require this. Spaces in these classes are limited. If you are interested in your child being in this classroom environment, please contact Angela Hancock at the school.
All students in year 7 undertake five subjects for the full year: English, Humanities, Mathematics, Science and HPE (Health and Physical Education).
Year 7 students study subjects from a selection of other learning areas with subjects including: Digital Literacy, Digital Technology, Drama, Food Technology, Music, STEM, Visual Arts & Design and Wellbeing. Each term of the school year, students will participate in 2 of these subjects.
All students remain in their home groups for all subjects.
